Ordering terms

Checkout and admin confirmation do not reserve availability. Allocation is based on the order in which payments are verified.

Our team shares shipping costs and bank details via WhatsApp. Payment may be made as a deposit or in full; the entire balance must be settled before shipping.

If the original fabric runs out, our team may offer an alternative. A substitution is made only with the customer's approval. If declined after payment, a refund is processed manually.

Small measurement variations may occur because each piece is made by hand. Colours may also appear slightly different due to lighting and individual screen settings.
